Q: Can I be a current subscriber already and get another system FREE?
A: NO. Offer limited to NEW customers ONLY subscribing to qualifying programming.

Q: Do I fill out some kind of form?
A: No. It's easy to start getting great DISH Network programming and your rebate. When you get your programming activated, tell the Customer Service Representative that you're a DISH Network One-Rate customer and give them your pre-authorization number. Then when your pay your first bill for 2 months of programming, we'll send you your rebate check within 6-8 weeks. Endorsing your rebate check is your agreement to subscribe to qualifying DISH Network programming for 12 consecutive months.

Q: What kind of Premium Movie packages are available with my DISH Network One-Rate Plan?
A: Currently, DISH network offers four outstanding Premium Movie packages: HBO The Works Package - Six channels from the most highly acclaimed pay television network, delivering blockbuster Hollywood hits, original movies, comedy specials and sporting events. The package includes more entertainment options on HBO Plus, thought-provoking programs on HBO Signature, and HBO Family, which offers quality movies, documentaries and animated series the whole family can enjoy. MultiMAX package from Cinemax. MAX out on movies! Three channels of MultiMAX bring you the most movies available on premium television. MAX hits, at 8PM, brings you a different hit movie each evening, 365-days-a-year. MoreMAX specializes in independent films and classic movies. Showtime Unlimited package - Eight channels of exciting programming, including three channels of Showtime, plus Showtime Extreme, two channels of The Movie Channel, Sundance Channel and FLIX. This package is where you will find the best boxing matches available, action and adventure movies, the top new independent films and your favorite hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s! STARZ! / Encore package - Two channels of STARZ! showcase Hollywood movies that are too big to miss. STARZ! is movies and only movies, 24 hours every day! This package also features Encore, which brings back the movies you know and love from the 60s through the 80s. Strap on your six-guns for Westerns, which features the greatest westerns of all time.

Q: Can I subscribe annually to the DISH Network One-Rate package?
A: Yes! In fact, not only will you still get your REBATE check, with an annual DISH Network subscription you’ll also save $47.67 on America’s Top 100 CD with two Premium Movie packages, which is like receiving almost one month free! Different savings apply, depending on the number of Premium Movie packages you choose.

Q: Can I switch programming services?
A: Yes! As long as you maintain the minimum subscription level required, you can switch programming services. For example, if you have the Showtime Unlimited package and the HBO The Works package, and you want to exchange HBO The Works for the MultiMAX package, you can call your DISH Network Customer Service Representative today at 1-800-333-DISH (3474) and they will make the switch. However, there will be a standard $5 change-of-service fee. There is no change-of-service fee if you upgrade your programming by adding service(s).

Q: Can I use my rebate to pay for my first two months of programming?
A: The DISH Network One-Rate Rebate is a check, as a special thanks to you for your participation. We will send you a rebate check after we have received full payment of your first bill, which will be for the first two months of programming.

Q: Do I really need to connect my system to the phone line?
A: Yes! To ensure uninterrupted service, you must connect your receiver to a working phone line. Don’t miss out! Connecting the receiver to the phone line is also the only way you can get access to DISH-On-Demand pay-per-view movies. The receiver dials DISH Network toll-free, at no cost to you, and will not interrupt your phone service. Also, if you have more than one receiver, you must have all receivers connected to a phone line.

Q: What if I have to move?
A: The rebate check is given as a special thanks to you for participating in our DISH Network One-Rate promotion. If you need to move, simply call DISH Network to notify us of your move and change your address. The plan requires that you remain active with qualified programming for 12 consecutive months. If you need to disconnect or downgrade your services prior to the expiration of the agreement, DISH Network will have to charge you a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your rebate. In most cases it will be less expensive to leave your account active while you are in the process of moving.
